Windfall Lotto is a decentralized application (“dApp”) deployed on public blockchain infrastructure. By interacting with the smart contracts, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this application. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is legal under your local laws.
Non-Custodial Protocol
Windfall Lotto does not hold custody of user funds. All interactions occur directly between your wallet and autonomous smart contracts. You retain full control over your assets at all times.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Participation does not guarantee any reward. Outcomes are determined by verifiable randomness mechanisms. You acknowledge that you may lose the full amount used to participate.
Randomness & Fairness
Draw results are generated using decentralized randomness providers (e.g., Chainlink VRF or equivalent). No party, including the host, can deterministically manipulate outcomes.
Role of the Host
The host acts as an operator facilitating draw execution, communication, and interface maintenance. The host does not control funds or alter results, but may initiate transactions required for the system to function. The host cannot withdraw jackpot funds outside of the predefined smart contract logic.
Fees & Distribution
A portion of participation funds may be allocated to protocol fees, host incentives, and NFT royalty mechanisms, as defined in the smart contract. All distributions are transparent and on-chain.
NFT Tickets
Tickets are issued as NFTs representing participation. Ownership of a ticket determines eligibility for rewards. Secondary market transfers do not guarantee future rewards.
Shareholders & Fee Sharing
Certain NFTs or mechanisms may entitle holders to a share of protocol fees. These are not securities, shares, or investment contracts, and do not grant ownership of any legal entity.

- Blockchain network failures or congestion
- Loss of private keys or wallet access
- Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction
Limitation of Liability
The developers, host, and contributors are not liable for any losses, damages, or legal consequences resulting from the use of this application.
